Return Window
You may request a return within 10 days of delivery for eligible items.
Condition of Items
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or variant, subject to availability.
